Room Configurations
The Commodore Ballroom is a large, versatile space with many options for configuration. This room can be split into three different sections, upon request, but it is most popularly used as one room.
It features an LCD projector and screen and a lectern with a microphone and laptop connection. Additionally, there are options for pipe and drape, stage lighting, and specialty lighting. There is a pre-reception area outside of the ballroom and access to a catering kitchen.
There are 3 stage options: small (16’ by 8’, 1-2 speakers), medium (24’ by 12’, 2-3 seated panelists or 1 table), large (32’ by 12’, award ceremony or panel of 4), or runway.
Services and Requirements
Setup/teardown changes to the furniture layout can be done upon request, and basic housekeeping services are included.
This space requires an AV technician on-site to set up basic lighting, assist clients with connecting to the projection system, and make basic audio level adjustments during the reserved time of your event. Additional fees may apply for extra AV setup time.
